The project was developed under the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

- Journey Through Time Visitors begin their experience in the Past Gallery, where immersive exhibits showcase Dubai’s rich heritage. They then ascend to the Sky Deck, offering uninterrupted views of the city’s evolution.
- Panoramic Views From the top, the Dubai Frame offers a unique perspective: to the north, you can see Old Dubai, characterized by its historic architecture and traditional markets. To the south lies New Dubai, with its modern skyscrapers and iconic landmarks like the Burj Khalifa.
